Kerrina Williams, Climate Advocacy Lab

In this training, we will build on the Decision Making 101 Training to transform our understanding of decision making models into practical guides and practices. This training will provide tips for applying decision making models to your group,  an overview of decision making matrixes, and guidelines for developing a matrix for your campaign.

In this session we will:

  • Review the decision making models covered in the 101 training: Consensus, Gradient of Support, Consent, Super Majority, and Ranked Choice

  • Cover the basic principles and utility of a decision making matrix

  • Apply learnings to develop or analyze a decision making matrix for your campaign

This is an interactive workshop with group discussions, activities, and breakout rooms.
