In this training, we’ll walk through how to prepare for the unexpected. We’ll talk about how to build grassroots power and shift the narrative in big moments, while being respectful and collaborative. And we’ll address doing so in a sustainable way that doesn’t burn out staff, volunteers, or supporters. This training will cover planning, message strategy, coalition work, media outreach, and digital channels.
