Poll: Two-Thirds of Americans Take Climate Personally

66% of American voters are “very concerned” or “somewhat concerned” that climate change will affect them or a family member personally, and 62% of voters say that Pres. Trump should not remove policies aimed at combating climate change, according to this national poll fielded March 30-April 3, 2017. 92% of voters say it is “very important” or “somewhat important” for the United States to be energy independent, and 65% say that climate change is caused by human activity.
