What is deliverability? It’s the ability to get your email and text messages seen by your subscribers, members, and supporters. This is something we used to take for granted: if people are subscribed to our email or SMS programs, they’ll see our messages. But over the past decade, providers have made significant changes that make it harder and harder to get our messages seen.

Lately, I’ve been thinking about how expensive it feels to simply live while being aware. Aware of the injustices everyday people are facing. This issue is more personal than usual. I want to take a moment to talk about what it feels like to navigate rising bills and rising temperatures at the same time and how to sustain self care in the midst of it all.
