We’re bringing the Coalition know-how from our cohorts to the wider Lab community! For the final training in this 3-part series on coalitions, we will focus on governance and decision-making. Who is “in charge” of our coalitions, and how are decisions made? Defining a structure and strategic division of work for your coalition – and clear processes for decision-making – can ensure that partners can collaborate effectively and can achieve their goals.
