Lessons from the Sunrise Movement on Recruitment, Retention, and Absorption

How do we move potential new supporters from names on a list to active participants in our campaigns? More importantly, how can we help them build a sense of belonging, belief, and efficacy that keeps them engaged for the weeks and months to come?
Join Sunrise Movement, the Movement Cooperative, and the Climate Advocacy Lab as we share results from two experiments that expand the advocate's toolbox on how to reach potential supporters and prepare them for long-term engagement.
    You will learn:

How Sunrise Movement has developed and refined its Welcome Series for recruiting and retaining new supporters
How to meet new supporters where they are in terms of building shared identity and tapping into collective efficacy
How ringless voicemail drops can provide an additional mode of contact to supporters in a post-10DLC world
