As a climate advocate in 2026, it can be hard to see climate change as a top issue when there are so many crises competing for our attention. However, as the news cycle pushes out headlines highlighting just how much profit the fossil fuel industry is making from the conflict and instability in the Middle East, I’ve been thinking: if we transform our energy systems to be locally-controlled and sustainable, what could the ripple effects be for global peace and justice?

In this newsletter, we’re excited to share a recap of the program and the great work our Partners have accomplished, a reflection from one of our Partners, and an overview of the program’s peer learning sessions.

This training will cover the lifecycle of a campaign, highlighting moments of analysis, reflection, and choice points. We’ll discuss the importance of record and history keeping in a campaign and how to use these practices for campaign growth.

This obsession isn’t new for me; I’ve always been captivated by the adventure and promise of space exploration. But this week, I’ll be talking about how Artemis II helped me keep my feet on the ground, and find a new appreciation for Earth Day.
