On Thursday, September 15, the Climate Advocacy Lab is hosting the second training in our North East Training Arc, Elements of a successful campaign strategy. This training will focus on the importance of building a strong campaign strategy and take a look at the relationship between a campaign strategy and campaign goals. We will go over the different elements of a campaign strategy and look at case studies of past-campaigns that we can learn from to bring key strategic vision to our organizations and communities.

On Thursday, August 25, the Climate Advocacy Lab is hosting the first training in our New England Training Arc, Organizing 101. After speaking with advocates and organizers in the North East region, we built a 6 part training series based on their needs. This training will focus on refreshing and refining organizing tactics and skills used to build community and power on the ground. We will go over what organizing is, why organizing is important, tips for organizing structure, how to create your theory of change and story for your organization, and the evidence behind organizing.
This is a 1 hour long call that is part of a 6 part series focusing on needs voiced by advocates in the North East region of the so-called United States. Prioritizing Lab members from the North East.
