In a rapidly changing social and political landscape, having a solid strategy for engaging and growing your base is essential. The Lab’s Organizing 201 training is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively recruit and retain members and volunteers for your campaign or advocacy work.

The Analyst Institute’s Get-out-the-Vote (GOTV) training offered a comprehensive overview of the most recent evidence to support your program decision-making, including on messaging, mode (and layering modes!), timing, and volume, along with tips for navigating a changing vote-by-mail landscape. The Lab also provided GOTV guidance specific for climate advocates.

Across the US, communities are organizing around IRA opportunities, mobilizing support for clean energy, and building durable power. And they’re learning a lot about what works well (and not so well)! This week, we’re excited to share reflections and insights from our interviews with Autonomy Strategies (with Conexión and Voto Latino), Local First Arizona, Sustainable Georgia Futures, and Wisconsin Conservation Voters.
